Dear Conveyancers,

Please can you all check your names, box numbers etc on the lists in the execution rooms today. The registrar halted the printing of the cards as they picked up spelling issues / box number issues. Cards will not be issued until you have checked your details. The deeds office want to go live with the cards by Thursday / Friday.

Each firm has their own CTN number. Each CTN number has three boxes (red, black and green) unless they are a very small firm with a very low number of lodgements in the last financial year, then they will be one box for UPS, REGISTRATION and DELIVERY / EXECUTION.

The pigeon holes will also be operational by today / tomorrow. Black number for rejection / delivery, Red for Execution, Green for Ups.
